    Unfortunately I have to leave this bad review even though I did not want to. I had a great day and a great trail ride with someone I thought was a very down to earth person named Ann, but however, my friend and I were ripped off. I put down $20 to reserve our spot. The next day when we were about to ride, she asked for our payments of $95 each for a 4 hour ride and I totally forgot I already put down $20 so I overall paid $115. My friend gave Anne a $100 bill because that is all she had on her that day and told her to keep the $5. I also gave Ann $12 for a gratuity. After I realized I overpaid, I contacted Ann asking for my $20 back and she is saying that my friend only gave her $80. THAT IS NOT TRUE AT ALL SHE GAVE HER A HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL. Now I am out of $20 because she cannot count her money right. She had another trail ride earlier that day so I believe she is mixing them up. We also did not receive any types of receipts although she said she would send mine via email but I never received one. I am very upset and disappointed with the professionalism of this company. Arguing with a customer saying I am wrong and that my friend that paid her part owes me the $20 rather than the company that is ripping me out of money is absolutely absurd and uncalled for. It was two separate transactions and I have proof that I myself overpaid. I will never be returning.

    Very bad customer service, the lady on the phone is very rude, she ended up hanging my call when i was traying to explain what im goin to do, is very sad when you call someone expecting for solutio to your problem or at least ask education when someone ask you to talk. I hope never deal whith this office.

    worst bank ever, they closed the doors in my face 2 minutes after closing! what bank closes at 4 p.m.? Don't bank with Bank of America and if you do switch to another bank immediately!
